Vehicles over 3,5t
The motor vehicles with the total weight exceeding 3.5 tons or vehicle trains with the total weight exceeding 3.5 tons designed for the transport of goods or motor vehicles enabling the transport of more than nine persons including a driver are toll-liable vehicles.
Toll Rate is stipulated per 1 km of a driven distance of a Specified Road Section of highways, expressways and certain 1st class roads. It depends on a vehicle category, number of axles and emission class. Toll Rate is defined by the Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 350/2007 Coll. as amended laying down the amount of Toll Rate for the use of specified sections of the ground roads.
